The licence covers only the KANGARE ENCA-QSP Tutorial Module 1 which relates specifically to ecosystem natural capital accouting. In the past, previous versions of KANGARE have been produced and published in French, English and Spanish for the purpose of teaching national accounting in France, Latin America, Africa and other parts of the World. The original authors of KANGARE (national accounts) are Jean-Louis Weber and Ngo Thi Cuc and the tutorial has been published by INSEE, the French national statistical institute. KANGARE (national accounts) updates, adaptations and translations have involved NGO Thi Cuc, Michel Séruzier, Philippe Pommier, Jacques Magniez and has involved several national and international institutions. None of these KANGARE-national accounts is covered by the present CC. More recently, the KANGARE concept was used by Ricardo Martinez Lagunes, Regional Advisor at the UNSD, in charge of training to the SEEA-Water.  The KANGARE SEEA-Water tutorial is not covered by the present CC license.
